Listen & Watch: D Power Diesle and Skepta drop the Grime masterpiece “Sniper”

Unknown to many new fans of the UK scene, D Power Diesle is one of the original Grime artists. Working in the background on his own record label for many years, D Power has now come out of his shell and dropped his latest Grime hit “Sniper” featuring someone a lot more familiar to newer fans, Skepta.

Skepta, of course, has his own right to stand as one of the UK scene’s originals. One of the masters behind the resurgence and rebirth of Grime and the UK scene with the release of “That’s Not Me” alongside his brother, Skepta is held in hugely high regard. Many new fans will probably overlook the fact that this is actually D Power’s song.

Following on from his feature on Octavian’s track “Papi Chulo”, his collaborative album with Chip & Young Adz, a feature Gorillaz track “How Far?” and his most recent work being on his brothers track “Nang”, Skepta returns to more of a Grimey sound on this latest track. Produced by Teddy Music speaks a lot on what type of beat to expect. The type of sound that really catch the eyes and ears of many around the time of 2015.
