New Music: AJ Tracey announces new project and drops “Cat Pack”

Back in February, AJ Tracey dropped his self-titled debut album. The album featured “Ladbroke Grove” which would go on to be one of the hits of the summer, with it still sitting strong in the music charts.

Along with the this, AJ Tracey’s track with Dave, “Thiago Silva” got further recognition following Dave’s performance of it at Glastonbury. The track was released back in 2016 but following Dave bringing up fan, Alex, onto the stage to perform the track with him, it gained prominence and snowballed. Since this, the track reentered the charts and gained a Gold certification following 400,000 chart sales.

In short, it has been one heck of a year for AJ Tracey. Now, via Instagram, he has announced that we can expect even more music on the 25th of October. He will be dropping a deluxe version of the album with 5 extra tracks and a few surprise.

For now, he has just released his latest track “Cat Pack”. This follows his track “Elastic” on the Top Boy Soundtrack Album which was dropped by OVO Sounds, following the release of the new Netflix series. Whether “Cat Pack” is one of the tracks to feature on the Deluxe version of his debut album, remains unknown but we shall expect that it will.
